Matt was accommodating and provided a loaner. I was told it would be finished by 0915. I called at 0943 and was told it would be ready in an hour. I picked it up before noon. I drove it out of town and noticed a warning light that indicated there was too much oil and to remove some. I had to bring my vehicle in a couple days later which solved the problem. I understand things can go awry on one day. Unfortunately it happened on my first visit. I’ll give the center another opportunity and hope my experience is much better. Thank you. More
