Great sales team, but did not appreciate the bad cop finance Radi was fantastic. Audi USA messed up my order and delivered my e torn to the wrong state. Radi found another and got it to me with only a few weeks wait with no cat. Boo Audi USA but yay Radi at Audi Palo Alto. But then boo finance guy- no one ever told me that Routine maintenance for three years of my lease was not covered by Audi as, it was covered by my previous Volvo dealership. You would think that such an expensive Car in a luxury brand would cover maintenance for three years. So I got squeezed out of another $2000 by the finance guy who made it very unclear what my options were. I finally signed up for something just to get out of there so I wouldn’t miss my kids volleyball game. Oh well, it’s a fantastic car and I’m lucky to have it. More
