Recently, I brought my vehicle for warranty service. My service advisor Arian was truly professional and friendly. When the loaner was delivered, John (also goes by JC) was very friendly and courteous as he went through the terms of the rental agreement. Very friendly lad and should be acknowledged by upper management. Arian provided daily updates on the progress of my repairs and was thoughtful of getting me back into my vehicle as quickly as possible. I recommend asking for Arian next time you bring your car in for service. More

The Service Advisor did. very thorough review of my car. My car was serviced for one issue but the inspection found other issue and fixed them both under my extended warranty. Run away. Very shady. Traveled from Sacramanto to purchase a CPO A5 cabriolet. In reviewing the paperwork we saw that they replaced one of the tires creating a 5/32 differential in size from the othe purchase a CPO A5 cabriolet. They need to replace all four tires but refused. Manager treated my wife like dirt. I have already bought one car here but will never return. More
