Excellent except time for car wash Sergio was excellent. The repair was done in a timely manner. I was notified that the repair was finished at about 2:30 but there was a line for the car wash so the car would be ready at 4:00. I show up at 4:10 assuming everything was ready. Greeted by name and paperwork done in 2 minutes (fantastic service) Then I waited and waited and waited for the car. At 4:35 I inquired about the car and the service guy said it just entered the car wash. I finally got the car at 4:50. If I had known it would take over 2 hours for a car wash, I would never have had it done. It's a nice perk but not worth the wait. More

Scheduled service and repairs Service covered by service agreement. The repairs for rattle took multiple visits to finally complete over a period of 3 years. Considered to be a “ Service covered by service agreement. The repairs for rattle took multiple visits to finally complete over a period of 3 years. Considered to be a “goodwill” repair as the car was out of warranty even though this was a long term ongoing issue. Crazy quote to repair an issue with the movement of the steering column. To quote almost $3000 for such a repair is taking advantage of the customer. Overall the service was good but dissatisfied with the overall treatment of the matter. More
Honest Salesperson and Great Experience Armi Villarreal was the first person to greet my dad and me the first time we visited Audi Palo Alto. She was friendly and warm, wasn’t pushy, and let Armi Villarreal was the first person to greet my dad and me the first time we visited Audi Palo Alto. She was friendly and warm, wasn’t pushy, and let us go about our browsing. We got her contact information and eventually got back in touch a few weeks later when we were ready to buy. Armi was cordial and direct in her communication and promised she’d get the best deal possible for us. I got in touch with other dealerships, but eventually decided on working with Armi, who DID get me an awesome deal. In her emails, she could only promise me the best deal, but when I finally went to the dealership I saw she was able to make it happen. Her quote beat all the other dealerships. Armi was a pleasure to work with the entire time, and she has the friendliness and warmth you’d want in a salesperson. Thank you, Armi, for your time and efforts!!! More

The process was smooth but took me about 5 hours in general (in some places because of my fault, but still too long). Salesperson was so focused on the fact to sell me the vehicle (or something else?) that completely ignored a couple of my small requests, what makes my experience not so pleasant. The part of actual buying (paying money, documents etc) was pretty quick and clear, Fahad helped me with all my questions and clarified all the moments. And the saddest thing - while buying I found a small issue with the air vent near the back seats, and I was promised to schedule an appointment to fix that. The girl at the front desk said she'll call me during the week once they order the part, however, till this day no one called me, and it seems they wouldn't do this so I need to call them again, it means no one care. UPDATE: The issue with the air vent was fixed, Paola has ordered the necessary part and helped me to schedule an appointment, so thanks to her for a quick response. More
