Yearly maintenance, recall work, and misc. questions I came in to get recall work done as well as my annual maintenance. While I was there, I asked for information, about the many false positive alerts I came in to get recall work done as well as my annual maintenance. While I was there, I asked for information, about the many false positive alerts I’d gotten on my dashboard regarding the closeness of non-existent traffic. All of my concerns were added to my service request and checked out, with responses typed in the final repair order. Updating our warranty I dropped in on the chance I could purchase an extension on the factory warranty for my 2015 Q7. I was greeted by the gals at the reception desk and they were able to seat us with Gino in finance. Gino was able to explain my options quickly and concisely, complete the appropriate paperwork and have us out the door in about half an hour. Happy and with an extended warranty! We enjoyed our experience with Gino and the staff we met there. We are return customers and will return for a new Audi in the future! Cheers More

Starting with scheduling the appointment to getting my A4 back in time, the service was excellent. Matt Rost, in particular was exemplary with his attention to detail and scheduling Lyft for pickup and dropoff and calling me to let me know when my A4 was ready. The 35K mile service was done well and it was thoroughly vacuumed and washed.
