It gets better every time! I’m a return customer, in car dealerships we all have seen management and staff come and go. I hated to loose Kahn who was here in 2015, but I must g I’m a return customer, in car dealerships we all have seen management and staff come and go. I hated to loose Kahn who was here in 2015, but I must give praises to Brady and team. Especially Mani, who is not only patience but a real gentleman. They both gave me the impression that whatever package and deal they were working on for me was worth the wait. Mani seemed to just be a genuine nice respectful person. That’s a lot to receive from young men today and I truly appreciated him. But I never expected a new vehicle!! I observed Brady’s charisma while in the waiting area not knowing who he was, but his energy was so positive and delightful, he’s perfect for his position. The entire team blended beautifully and it was a peaceful, productive Saturday morning. We appreciate you all and we’re extremely blessed to be a part of the AudiJax family. I came in for a routine service and drove home in a new 2018 Q5!!! More

APR Dealer! Had a great time at this Audi Dealership, they were hosting an APR launch event. I was able to go stage 1 on my b8.5 S4. Service and work was great! The majority of the replacement parts were paid for by Audi or this dealership. My warranty had run out 2,000 miles ago but the manager didn't think the repairs should be my burden alone. This could have been a devastating repair bill and left me with a bad opinion of Audi. Parts alone were near $5,000.00. This dealership has renewed my faith in this automotive brand. My vehicle was in the service department for 3 weeks. The service advisor, Alex, called me every other day to keep me informed on when parts would be in and how repairs were progressing. They both made this ordeal much less painful. More
