I had damage done to one tire on my car. I called the dealership in the afternoon and was able to get a tire ordered with an appointment the following morning to have the tire replaced. I advised him I had a tire and wheel protection plan. He told me he would contact the protection plan company and proceeded to replace the tire with no cost to me within one hour.
