He explained the functionality of the vehicle and walked the lot to show the vehicle models that were in stock. The dealership offered many color options which made my decision much simpler. The negotiations on pricing was fair and painless. I was offered a fair value on my trade. Brian made sure I was comfortable while the vehicle I chose was prepped and was very personable. We took it to Todd at the service department, and while the headliner wouldn't have been covered under warranty regardless, he worked with us, getting us the best possible rate to repair it. He is so professional & accommodating. We used the concierge service, making the experience very convenient. My next car will definitely be another Audi, both because I love my A5 & I love working with Audi Orange Park, specifically Todd in the service department. More
