There was no other option for me but to try to replace that year and model since I loved that car so much. As luck would have it, Internet sales had a few options that worked for me. Initially I made contact with Daphne Hecko who was very nice, extremely accommodating and very prompt with providing me with all requested information. She then passed me on to Andy Medina who I think went out of his way to try to help me with all my concerns regarding my initial choice of car. He is a very nice person and tried his best to make my experience mirror the one I had back in 2014 when I was a first time Audi buyer (which is a major reason I returned). My decision to purchase changed to another vehicle and on the day I returned, Andy was off. But, Andrew Cardenas (I believe he is new sales only) just happened to be standing by and when I asked him to help me close the deal for an internet sale, without hesitation he was very accommodating. He did not seem to mind at all getting involved with a sale that I suspect brought him very little, if any, return. I appreciated his sincere and friendly service. He really made it happen and me a very happy return Audi buyer. Just in the past 1 week since my purchase, I have recommended him to 2 potential Audi buyer friends of mine. (I hope they buy!) Brady Koerner was professional and respectful and made the finance portion easy and painless despite his being the only finance guy in the building the very busy day I was there with 5 or 6 other buyers! I bought a 2015, so there was a very small issue requiring the service dept (driver side sun visor clip missing making it hang down). Steven Mejia is the King of Service! Not only did he address the initial issue promptly and completely while I waited, he also did extra things I did not ask him to do (had body shop buff out a couple of areas on the driver door and did a bunch of stuff helping me get my WiFi and phone linked up, as well as clear out all the previous phones that had been in system for the past 3 yrs, I am not that "techy"). I SO appreciated Steven helping me to feel like I had a brand new car off the showroom floor! Steven's attitude and demeanor geared toward excellent customer service is a credit to him and to Audi and no question is part of the reason why I am a return Audi buyer! Speaking of the service dept, and as an Audi owner since Oct 2014.......there is no comparison to any other service dept around. I have owned BMW, Toyota and Jeep and Audi service is the best. I would like to mention Wayne Merry because as I was waiting for my car, he was exceptionally pleasant and friendly to me, even though he had nothing to do with my car. I would also like to mention Justin Abromson because for the past 3 years, with my previous Audi A4 having to bring back for routine service, etc. he has usually been the one to return my vehicle or drive me home. This young man is very professional, polite and represents Audi with class. I think it's obvious I will STAY an Audi driver. Thank you all! More

While waiting I wandered over to the sales floor to take a look at the redesigned 2018 Q5s which are getting such great reviews. Greeted by Jenae Rosier who was happy to track down a couple of those in stock and quickly lined one up for a test drive. Long story short, I ended up trading my A6 for a new Q5 when I was really only intending to look around. Jenae was friendly, low-key, and very easy to work with. She took the time to find out what I was really looking for, what features mattered to me and which didn't, then tracked down exactly the right Q5 just arriving at another dealer. We wrapped up the trade, whipped through the financing with Brady, and I will be taking delivery of my new car in a few days. Overall a very positive, painless experience! More
