Can't say enough positive words. ..I originally went to an authorized Costco dealer looking for a Q-3 for my wife. Bad experience. I went on North OC Audi's web site, found the exac ..I originally went to an authorized Costco dealer looking for a Q-3 for my wife. Bad experience. I went on North OC Audi's web site, found the exact car we wanted, called them and asked to speak with their sales manager. I explained my circumstance, told him I'd checked his inventory on line on a Wednesday PM. 24 hours later we had our new Q-3 from N OC Audi. Justin the sales manager and Austin the salesman led us through the process. They were appreciative for the business. Austin told us to come back should we require any additional help with the electronics. We'll be back soon for your help Austin...TY More
