The receptionist was very pleasant and offered coffee and the Sales fellows; brothers Austin and Levi Luciano were Excellent. I made the deal with Levi and his Knowlddge and advise on Lease vs Buy was Perfe the Sales fellows; brothers Austin and Levi Luciano were Excellent. Jimmy in Finance was competent and supported by State of the Art electronics. I ordered floor mats and rear cargo carrier and the fellow just phoned with their receipt. Brand new Penske facility. I am now an Audi No Orange devotee! More

Was looking to purchase an SQ8, so I met with the Sales Rep Austin, and took the one he had on the lot for a test drive. Loved the car, but was not interested in white with black interior. Told Austin the Rep Austin, and took the one he had on the lot for a test drive. Loved the car, but was not interested in white with black interior. Told Austin the specific vehicle I wanted (silver with red interior), and that my wife wanted to drive the vehicle before we ordered. Made an appt. with Austin the following morning, but when we arrived his manager Justin told us the only chance my wife had of test driving the white SQ8 is if we commited to purchasing that specific vehicle. Are you kidding? Take it or leave it! "We cannot run up the miles on that vehicle." He claimed. "Around the block? If that's your policy, why could you not have told us in advance when we made the appt for the test drive?" We went from that excited feeling of purchasing our dream Audi, to being angry and upset to the point of even reconsidering the brand. While I feel bad that Austin, who was terrific, lost out on selling us an SQ8, Audi should keep his manager as far away from customers as possible if they want to sell cars. We'll be purchasing our SQ8 elsewhere More
