I was met and taken care of immediately. Although car was not ready when promised, a rental was provided immediately at no charge. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Mr Maradiaga was very professional and friendly, available for questions, like he always is. I would have appreciated to get a loaner car from the beginning instead of having a rental car for 4 days available for questions, like he always is.
