This dealer is joke. I have owned three Audis and never have purchased one from this dealer due to the almost laughable attitude of everyone over there. I guess the sales people are paid higher commission have purchased one from this dealer due to the almost laughable attitude of everyone over there. I guess the sales people are paid higher commission if they can really stick it to customers. I recall when the A5 first came out, they had the one i wanted. They sales guy was showing to to a lady, after she test drove it, she said it was a great car, but would not be making an offer. I told the sales man i would take it. He said i would have to pay today, and pick it up a month latter so that i could be used as a demo! What a joke! Also, if you buy one of their cars, you will have to drive around with that stupid front license plate plaque. They dont order their cars with the straight plate (which looks so much better). So basically you have to advertise for this crappy dealer on the front of your car. I have seen some people remove the dealer plate on the front, but then it looks goofy too since you have a big square black plastic piece instead of the sporty straight one that Audi coral springs installs (with no goofy dealer plate). Well, I've just heard that Manny (the service writer who didn't seem to want to provide any service to me) is leaving Prestige as of today. That doesn't obviate the fact that this authorized Audi service sh didn't seem to want to provide any service to me) is leaving Prestige as of today. That doesn't obviate the fact that this authorized Audi service shop left my car (with a known leak) outside for nine days, letting it flood again. And now that I've had the car flatbedded to two other Audi service shops, I find out that Prestige's "diagnosis" of a failed ABS module was 100 percent wrong. As the two other dealers noted, there is no problem with the ABS module. But I've lost my transmission control module, due to the flood. Needless to say I'm never taking a car back to Prestige. Now I'm going to small claims court for the $150 "diagnosis," the $65 flatbed cost, and the $1,800 I will have to spend to have the car fixed. More
I bought a used S4 from Gene at Prestige Imports. I never saw the car in person. Everything was done over the phone and internet. I live in Canada so there were a lot of unknows. It didn't help that when you saw the car in person. Everything was done over the phone and internet. I live in Canada so there were a lot of unknows. It didn't help that when you search for reviews on Prestige all you read are bad comments. I then realized that the only people that review something are the ones that like complaining. I think you could search for any business and find bad comments about it. With that said, the transaction was flawless, the car was exactly as described. Thank you Gene and everyone else at Prestige for dealing with my numurous phone calls and requests..... For all you Canadians looking to buy from the states, don't hesitate when considering Prestige Imports Miami. More
I have been searching for a low mileage used S4. My search included local dealerships here in New york as well as multiple online sites. I found a listing for a car I was interested in with the only ca search included local dealerships here in New york as well as multiple online sites. I found a listing for a car I was interested in with the only catch that the car was located in Florida at Prestige Imports. I called Prestige and spoke to Gene Elperin. From the beginning Gene was very professional and helpful. Due to the logistics of our locations I had to quickly determine if this was a dealership I wanted to do business with because I had to put a lot of trust and faith with people I would not meet in person and purchase a car I would not see or drive until after it was purchased. I decided to go ahead with the purchase. We negotiated the price, I left a deposit and a FedEx package or two later and the deal was done. Gene recommended a shipping company which also turned out to be excellent. The car arrived in excellent condition and the vehicle matches the photos and description perfectly. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase and my experience with gene and Prestige. More
I bought my CPO Q7 online after looking at the ~20 pictures on eBay. It appeared to be in excellent condition and only 35K miles! We even did a telephone walkaround inspection. Shipped by their carrie pictures on eBay. It appeared to be in excellent condition and only 35K miles! We even did a telephone walkaround inspection. Shipped by their carrier. It has been a HORRIBLE experience. The Q7 has had amateur grade bodywork done, 3 out of 4 rims had scratches beyond curb rash (this is the ONLY thing Prestige has paid to have repaired via resurfacing). There were rusted dents over the rear hatch and multiple scratches elsewhere. Prestige blatantly implied that it must have happened AFTER my Q7 left the lot (I have pictures of my Q7 covered in mud sitting behind the rollback truck). This truck was a CPO performed by Prestige Audi. On arrival, besides all the paint and rim issues, I noted multiple mechanical issues. (the salesman did not return my calls for days). I took it my local (1 hour away) Audi dealer. So far my newly CPO Q7 has required both rear view mirrors, a rear acoustic sensor, part of the sunroof, rear climate control display, an A/C blower motor, wiper blade, MMI knob, etc. The local dealer has been wonderful! He said there was no way this Q7 should have been CPO in it's current condition. They sent an estimate to Prestige who refused to pay the dealer cost to fix the terrible paintwork already done and the rusted dents. Now I am having to deal with Audi of America. I have countless hours wasted on what should have been a wonderful experience. More

My wife and I had a horrible experience at Prestige. The salesman was all smiles, but when it came to discussing price, he was extremely rude. The pricing was insulting. They put a sticker of a $5k premium salesman was all smiles, but when it came to discussing price, he was extremely rude. The pricing was insulting. They put a sticker of a $5k premium over a sticker price of $30k because they claim they were in short supply. The trade-in offer for my Porsche was 60% below black book price. The saleman said he would not get the leasing payment price from his manager unless I agreed to sign the contract (without knowing the price first). They were no other customers in the showroom and he still took 15 minutes to get an answer from the manager on simple questions. More
Although a few of the service employees are very nice people who are trying to do a good job, the dealership policies and attitudes make this difficult. For example, although the service supervisors adm people who are trying to do a good job, the dealership policies and attitudes make this difficult. For example, although the service supervisors admitted repeatedly that upsetting cosmetic damage had occurred during initial servicing of a new vehicle, they apologized that they had no power to offer any remedy or to repair it. I give them a medium rating on friendliness but I am referring to the facile and meaningless banter that leads nowhere helpful or constructive. The sales staff that I dealt with, on the other hand, were deceptive and calculating. Anything that I didn't actually walk out with but was part of the written agreement was very, very hard to get and required constant, daily visits to the dealership until it was obvious that I was going to keep coming back. I was left with a feeling of disgust after two weeks of having to do this. The attitude is astonishingly callous. I have never had this level of disappointing after-sales care from any purchase of any kind I have ever been a part of. Once the sale is done - they don't know you or care about you. It is like a cliche come to life, like they are characters in a TV sketch about unscrupulous car salespeople. They grin at you like machines and tell you that they are busy or that they cannot help you get what they have promised you in writing. I have since discovered that this is well known in the area even to people who don't have audis. This is absolutely the worst sales and customer service experience of my entire life. I am actually stunned to discover how far their total lack of concern for any kind of goodwill or positive relationship goes because I have asked them point-blank how it is that they care nothing about the kind of ill will that they are happy to create. This is a high quality car, so I assumed that it would come with treatment and follow-through matching the same ethic - prepare for a complete shock. More
A true asset to Audi. Respects appointment times, and gives appointment with reasonable consideration to customers. What I enjoyed most is that one person essentially walks you through the whole process gives appointment with reasonable consideration to customers. What I enjoyed most is that one person essentially walks you through the whole process. From opening your door when you arrive, to writing up the problems, to getting you a rental, to seeing you on your way, and the same person follows up to tell you the car is ready.

I had a negative view towards Audi due to several terible experiences at another dealership, I blamed Audi. These people truly live up to the promises made when I first got the car. They made a service a hassle-free experience. I now drive out of my way to go to them instead of the dealer close to me. More
