This was my first visit for Audi service at Prestige. From the moment I pulled into the service area and opened my door until I drove away I was treated like a special customer. One of the service managers greeted me immediately and showed me where to find Luis, who very promptly wrote up my order and offered to provide a loaner vehicle for me to drive while my car was being serviced. I had to wait a while for the loaner, but it was worth the wait to be able to drive an Audi instead of a rental vehicle. Every individual I encountered at the dealership said good morning or took time to chat with me. There appears to be a real emphasis on the customer experience at Prestige. Luis was an exceptional service manager. My care was in for scheduled maintenance and new tires. The tires are great and I assume the quality of the work done matches the friendly professional character of the dealership's staff. I will definitely return for future service and would consider future Audi purchases from this dealer. More

The dealership and staff deserves a big round of applause for this very happy customer. My service rep, Diana Giraldo, is the model of great customer care. While the work on the car was going to be lengthy, she kept me apprised at each step of the way and she level-set my expectations (which, by the way, were truly exceeded). I have raved about Diana before, and again I thank Prestige for her training, her tribal knowledge about my car and her willingness to represent, me the car owner, with the shop. Bless her.
