Luis never disappoints us. He is very professional and handles all our needs efficiently. He always does a great job. The car itself was serviced in a timely manner and the loaner car used during the dura handles all our needs efficiently. He always does a great job. All the staff I passed by were very hospitable and friendly. I was even offered a cold beverage which was great customer service on this particular hot, sunny day.
