Long Distance Relationships I first was introduced to Audi of Nashua in March of 2010 when I leased my first Audi, an A6. My wife and I walked in and were treated like royalty from the start. Our needs were listened to and fulfilled. This began our relationship, not only with this dealership, but with an Audi Team from top to bottom that truly cared about the product and the customer. Subsequent service visits and a few drop in chats continued over the next couple of years. We eventually moved out of state and several years later in 2017 found ourselves in the need for a new vehicle. My wife and I didn't hesitate to select Audi and of course Audi of Nashua was the only dealership we would visit. We live in the DC area now but contacted the dealership and was connected with Bryan Barnard. Bryan immediately sent us advance information on the latest in the Audi family the 2018 A5 Sportback. We spent several emails and phone calls discussing options, delivery dates and even the possibility of ordering straight from the factory. We selected the perfect car for us and there was one inbound to the dealership. We placed the required deposit to hold our car, finalized the deal via phone and email. My wife and I flew up to New Hampshire and went to Audi of Nashua to see our new "baby". It is a beauty. Bryan spent quite awhile with us in the new car delivery process showing all the features of this new car. All the papers signed and the delivery door was raised and off we went. You can believe me when I say no distance is too great to work with this fine team. My wife and I give it 4 thumbs up with huge grins! More

Easiest automobile I ever bought! I was driving by Nashua Audi and spotted a vehicle I was interested in, pulled in and was greeted by James Giniewicz, a salesperson in show room. I stated I was interested in a SUV they had on the lot and he was more than perfect, with absolutely no pressure what so ever. With in 45 minutes, I owned the SUV. Just exactly the way I like to buy, not a lot of bologna. I would recommend anyone who likes clean cut deals and a salesperson who is very knowledgeable and professional to definitely see James. I would most definitely buy more vehicles from him. Also the finance gentlemen was great as well, loved my experience at Nashua Audi, mainly because of these to people!!! If you a person that doesn't like a lot of BS when purchasing a vehicle, this is your place and these are your guys! More

Huh?! Bought a used Honda Element in May. I test drove and purchased the car before they had detailed or checked the car out. I picked up my car on the foll Bought a used Honda Element in May. Asked about the brakes, and was told they bled them an otherwise they checked out fine. They are not fine, they go almost to the floor, the emergency brake goes to the fully extended position. How did they put an inspections sticker on this car? I also noticed there was no oil change sticker informing me of when to get an oil change, so I checked the oil. The oil is not fresh. They didn't even do an oil change?! They did put new tires on and detailed it, which I appreciate. One of the reasons to buy a car at a dealership is the service put into the vehicles they sell, hence their reputation. I have called talked to the sales rep about this and left messages. I'm still waiting to here from them. This is the second review I've ever written, the other one was positive. More

2018 Audi S4 I was in the market for a new car. I called and visited several brands I had dealt with in the past including Audi. Spoke with Michael Rindo from Au I was in the market for a new car. I called and visited several brands I had dealt with in the past including Audi. Spoke with Michael Rindo from Audi of Nashua, a salesperson I had dealt with in the past, to set up a test drive and discuss a purchase. Michael was straight forward and respectful of my wants. I took an S4 for a test drive, and received a detailed demonstration of most of what the car had to offer. The test drive led to a short conversation with Michael and Colby Pooler (Sales Manager) about the economics of a purchase. They were refreshingly straight forward and provided me with all the information I needed on the car I wanted to purchase, my trade-in, and allowed me some time to think things over. Once I decided to purchase the car I worked with Michael over the phone about additions to the purchase such as wheel locks, and Autobahn paint protection. Living an hour and a half from the dealership, being able to with some of the purchase details remotely through phone and email was important to me. When I arrived at the dealership Michael showed me the car, and then introduced me to Eric Kneidel who quickly and efficiently walked me through the paperwork. Once the paperwork was completed Michael walked me through the features of the car as a refresher to the test drive I had taken, and answered my remaining questions. I left Audi of Nashua with a smile on my face and the confidence knowing that I had might the decision. I will most definitely use them for service and any other Audi purchases I may consider in the future. More
