No pressure, no games, just professionalism. I even realized I left the garage door opener in my trade-in and told Bryan I'd pick it up in a few days, he mailed it back so I had it sooner. I was a little concerned that I might get shortchanged on customer service since I was buying a used, mid-level car at a high-end dealership but everyone in the place treated me just the same as a customer buying an $80,000 car.
