First the car is totally classy and the convertible is an absolute Blast. The car rides like a cloud and I'm so proud of it. That being said, I started looking for the A5 at the Audi of Nashua, NH. I was impressed with the gentleman that was the sales representatve, James Giniewicz's dedication and knowledge of the Audi A5. At that time, there were no Certified A5's to be had there. I went on a looking spree around New England, hoping I could find one on my own. James always stayed in touch with me and would comment on cars I was looking at. He was always honest and helpful. He insured me that eventually a vehicle would come in. By the end of August, I had come up empty on my search, however, James called me one day and said they had just received a 2015 Audi A5 and that I should come and check it out. It was perfect with all the bells and whistles that I wanted, that I couldn't find any where else. The deal was done in about 10 mins. via text on a Sunday night. Not many people can say they closed a deal on a car when the dealership was closed and sales rep. was at home attending to his wife and 2 new born twins. That's what I call service. Wonderful experience I went to the Nashua Audi dealership with no intention to make a purchase - just to browse. In fact, I had been shopping for another brand. I stoppe I went to the Nashua Audi dealership with no intention to make a purchase - just to browse. In fact, I had been shopping for another brand. I stopped by about 20 minutes before closing, and after a few minutes I was approached by James. He was very friendly and simply asked if I had any questions. We talked for a few minutes, and after looking at one car, I asked for his card and I left. I didn't feel pressured at all. After about a week, I returned to the dealership to test drive the car. Again, there was no pressure to buy the car. James is easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. We settled on a price and completed the paperwork. Even though the process took a while, the car was cleaned and it looked great leaving the lot. Before I left, James took the time to show me some features we hadn't gone over during the test drive. When I got home, I found that an item was missing from the trunk. I called James, and he apologized and arranged for the item to be installed. In the four weeks since my purchase, he has called me a couple of times to see how everything is going. It has been nice to see how much he cares about his job. I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a car to give James a call. More
