Unfortunately due to other events taking place in our life then, we did not purchase the Q7 at that time. We returned to Florida where we live and recently purchased a Audi Q7 in nearby Sarasota. Although we were not able to complete the transaction with Kate due to distance and logistics of our trade in being part of the purchase, Kate was instrumental in creating a sale for Audi. But nothing could beat the quality, convenience, price, and appeal of doing business with Audi of Nashua a second time. Dealing with Tyler Jones has been great. Especially appreciate his taking it upon himself to recover from a snafu getting my new A5 registered by going to the registry himself on his own time to get it all straightened out without further dealing my taking delivery. When looking at a high dollar purchase, in any market, feature/function is undoubtedly important, just not at the very beginning of the conversation. I can't tell you how many sales professionals make this mistake, (especially since you can get more than enough of specs online these days) and my career makes me highly sensitive to it. Travis started off by getting to know me, lots of open ended questions around why I was looking, driving patterns, family, what was important to me, and what wasn't. (notice, nothing about Audi's or budget) Then, after our conversation, Travis made some suggestions based on my feedback, and the specific A4 he selected was spot on. Working on the numbers was just as impressive. By asking some questions around what would work for me, it saved me the painful back and forth discussions that typically take place when buying a car. Once the deal was agreed upon, he stayed in touch with me until I was able to pick up the car a few days later. Finally, Travis has called twice in the week I've owned the car to make sure any additional questions I had were answered. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, working with Travis really was a pleasure. More
