Found me the right car for me I worked with Ben to find the right car. He was very helpful and attentive to details. beware the worst experience i've ever had trying to buy a car. there was no negotiation, i didn't get close to what i wanted for my trade in and got the rude the worst experience i've ever had trying to buy a car. there was no negotiation, i didn't get close to what i wanted for my trade in and got the rudest salesman, mike. i put down $1000 cash before realizing the car was falsely advertised and did not come with navigation, i went back to negotiate and he wouldn't work with me at all so i requested a full refund and was told i wouldn't get it until the car was sold! A woman manager told my mother that this was the correct policy and backed him up even though she obviously knew she was lying. what he did was keep my cash and added the $1000 onto my contract to try and STEAL my money!!! which is obviously why he was lying to me and making up illegal policy's to cover his own butt. it took almost a week and a complaint to the BBB to get a call back with an apology from the GM and a check. i went to a different place and got the same car for much less than the price they wouldn't budge on and i got more for my trade in than i expected!! so happy i didn't buy here! More

Very happy with how my transaction turned out. Big Thank You (!) to Bryan, Samantha and Jessica in getting me a vehicle to replace my 2012 Q7 TDI. My experience with other Audi dealers when trying Big Thank You (!) to Bryan, Samantha and Jessica in getting me a vehicle to replace my 2012 Q7 TDI. My experience with other Audi dealers when trying to replace my vehicle, was less than positive. Audi Nashua, and the staff mentioned above, really came through for me. The ONLY item that prevents me from giving the dealership a 5 star rating, as on the day that I closed the transaction I was kept waiting for almost 45 minutes to sign the paperwork with the finance office. Everything was complete - my TDI trade in, the vehicle paperwork with Bryan, the introduction to the vehicle and its technological offerings. After all was said and done, I still had to wait. I'm a big believer in constructive criticism for the purpose of constant improvement. I hope that this feedback is taken in that spirit. More

Great job from start to end Tyler Jones was my rep. On a 2018 All Road and did a great job. My Daughter was looking for a 2017 A4 but because of great work by Tyler ,ended up in Tyler Jones was my rep. On a 2018 All Road and did a great job. My Daughter was looking for a 2017 A4 but because of great work by Tyler ,ended up in a 2018 A5 Sportback really loaded. She was able to make the deal the last business day of2017 and ended up with the exact auto she wanted at a great price. More
