I wasn't given an elevator speech about the dealership or the history and dependability of what I was looking at. Instead he told me everything I needed to know and was right to the point. After finalizing everything it was painless. There was no pressure to sell, he wanted to get full value of my trade in and really cared that I was satisfied before I signed. I'll never be able to afford the audis they do sell but the other used cars they offer can't be beat on price. Ben is the guy to go to if you want to buy a car and not have to worry. Both vehicles were in excellent condition and have not had any issues. Pricing has been fair and service has been excellent. Tyler communicated clearly and was available on time with the vehicles ready to make the experience as painless as possible. The entire staff was accommodating of our children and there was never a sense of pressure. Gone were the back and forth with the manager or needing to say you are leaving or any of the other annoyances that come along with most dealerships. I will certainly be back and have highly recommended both Tyler and Audi Nashua to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The last thing I will mention is that both cars I bought were used and fairly low priced for the dealership. Never in either experience did the service I received reflect that. More
