Austin, was our sales person and was arrogant and condescending. When we made him an offer on the car we were looking at he went into a spiel about how he can't do anything about taxes. Obviously he can't do anything about taxes I was asking him to Discount the car. He told us that they don't negotiate on the price of used cars and that they were below market value on CarGurus so I looked it up. When I looked it up it had that car as listed above market value not below and was not that good a deal for that car. I guess when he told us it was thousands below market value he wasn't counting on us looking it up. They ILLEGALLY charged me for a “diagnosis” of my vehicle. The diagnosis was “well it could be this problem, or could also be this but we need to look into it more. They did not mention ANY diagnosis charge until I had to pickup my vehicle and then they charged me over $140. They were blatantly rude and the service advisor I delt with needs serious customer service training. I expect corporate to contact me to right this wrong. I am baffled by the disrespect and will NEVER return to this dealership. More
