But the most impressive (and unusual -- at least when it comes to buying a used car) was the negotiation. This dealer is completely transparent about pricing and every car we looked at was priced below KBB and below equivalent models at other Audi dealers. We never felt uncomfortable at any point and walked away very happy with the purchase. Patrick, our Sales Rep, was very accommodating when he realized I didn't have a way to get the car home and arranged for it to be delivered. Thanks Patrick! More
