Although there were a number of similar suvs from nearby New England dealers, this fellow, new to the business but very customer oriented, made sure I was happy with the terms of the deal and in going forward with my purchase, going so far as to offer to drive the vehicle closer to my home, some 2 hours away. Worst experience buying a car in my life The sales department and finance department must not communicate with each other very well, when I finally got to sit down with the finance person, af The sales department and finance department must not communicate with each other very well, when I finally got to sit down with the finance person, after waiting 2hrs past my scheduled appt., almost all the numbers he had regarding my purchase, trade in, and deposit, were all wrong. Which only added to the time I spent there as they had to go and verify everytime I found a descrepency. The salesman had told me the tires I had asked for as part of the deal, were already on the car, but then I recieved a call saying they were having trouble getting the tires. The whole time I should have been trick-or-treating with my family, but I was told by the salesman, "we really want to close out the sale before the end of the month, this wont take long." So, just another lie and misdirection tactic. Awful experience.. Purchased several vehicles in my life from dealerships, and I have NEVER, been so angry or disrespected. Even the manager of the dealership didnt seem concerned or caring after bringing these issues up. But why should they care right, I already signed on the dotted line... More

Tyler was so knowledgeable and worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. We had a lot of questions when we picked up the car and he took the time to explain and answer all of our concerns.
