Both Brian and Veeral Bharucha, the Business Manager, went above and beyond to obtain financing for us. Both of us were so impressed with how well we were treated by everyone we encountered. For a company that sells high end luxury vehicles, we were treated like we were spending $80K on a new Audi, even though we were just purchasing a 10 year old Subaru! After weighing the pros and cons (with Patrick's help), finally decided on the A5. This was over numerous visits. Patrick was patient and extremely helpful in narrowing down our choices. We narrowed down the search to a few different options and Brad made sure to walk me through each of the cars and offered me a test drive on all of them. Over the next few days I had even more questions for Brad, which he always was very responsive and knowledgeable in answering. Throughout the entire process I never once felt like I was being "sold".
