Henry was friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I met him. He might be new at Audi Nashua, but make no mistake, he's a true sales professional. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you're in the market for a new or used Audi. Austin in finance did a great job as well, explaining the finances and the different service contracts. Worst Experience - Audi Nashua This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. I scheduled an appointment for between 6-6:30pm and my friend and I were greeted by Brenden McGuir This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. I scheduled an appointment for between 6-6:30pm and my friend and I were greeted by Brenden McGuire to say the car I was there to look at was on "hold" for another prospective client who called minutes before I arrived. In Brendan's word because I arrived at 6:40pm (10 min late) they took another deal and essentially now that deal was in front of mine?? I was in shock as I drove well over an hour. I had not received a phone call prior to this with this information which would’ve been the most logical thing to do. According to Brendan they did not have my number (which was not true) as I had confirmed the appointment with Vicky in the office at 12:30pm that day and left my number. She said I would be notified immediately if there was interest or something had transpired with the vehicle. At this point I had an uneasy feeling about this dealership. I test drove the vehicle, which was nice and I liked it, however, I was still uneasy about the conversation as he kept referencing the "other buyers" that were coming in, and I have to hide the car, we're so sorry, and we cannot do anything until they arrive etc... I then asked to see the manager and was introduced to Colby Pooler and he proceeded to spew even more absurdities about why they were holding the car for the other buyer and the "policy" and that's how they do business and it was ok they did not call me to even say there was another deal. From then on it was the dog and pony show of Brendan and Colby and back and forth from the office to the showroom floor and it was extremely unprofessional, amateur, and confusing. At this point we had enough and I walked into Colby's office and said I'm done with the way you run this preschool dealership and found my keys and communicated how poor and unprofessional they conduct business and treat people. As I left I made sure anyone in the dealership knew how I felt and told them not to do business there and the confusion and lies since we walked in the door were unlike anything I’d ever seen at a dealership. We left and about 10 minutes later Brendan called and apologized and said the other deal fell through and wanted to know if I was still interested and they would give me $5k for my vehicle (instead of $3,700). I thought they're crazy and what a deplorable way to run a showroom and represent the dealership and Audi brand. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had and the Audi of Nashua dealership should be appalled at the two of them for representing their business. In the end they not only lost my deal, but, the other one also. They were sneaky, conniving, and unethical and I would never do business there again and will be sure to make others aware. More

They gave me a very competitive price and answered all my ridiculous questions and concerns at all hours of the morning and evening. I left the dealership feeling excited and prepared, not hustled and sold. They even delivered my car to me 60 miles away! Audi of Nashua is not your typical car dealership. They will treat you like family and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. More

Audi Nashua’s price is very competitive that we have to reschedule three times because the car we want see is sold before the appointment. Once we see a car we’re interested. Brad is able to put on his accounting hat and tweak the price to what we wanted. Overall pretty good experience. More

Brian asked me questions, took me out for a test drive and allowed me to take a longer spin. Again I didn't feel pressured. We discussed the trade in value which I felt was fair and discussed what he would do for me to make me happy. I said, treat me fairly and we will get along just fine. I felt like I was talking to my son, who is a bit older. As an aside, when I first met Jim Horgus, I was in to service my Cayman and we talked about my next car. he listened and gave me some ideas about the next car that I hadn't thought about. Every time I was in for service he would come over to the seating area and ask me to come by to chat. I feel I will have that same kind of relationship with Brian. Lastly, if I still had my Financial Planning business, I would steal Brian, he is a class act and I hope your organization feels the same way. More
