Easiest new car buying experience ever Travis was amazing to work with. I walked in late on a Saturday and most staff appeared to be busy finishing up deals from earlier in the day. The Travis was amazing to work with. I walked in late on a Saturday and most staff appeared to be busy finishing up deals from earlier in the day. The concierge directed me to the car I was interested in with no hassle. The staff answered questions but let me spend as long as I wanted looking at the car by myself. When I asked the concierge for a test drive I was introduced to Travis within minutes. Even though it was just a half hour before closing time, Travis had no problem starting with a new potential customer and took the time to answer all my questions, demonstrate features, etc. We wound up staying an hour past closing to do a deal. The whole buying process was professional and pressure-free, and the transaction went smoother than any prior new car purchase I can remember. I had to do some unusual coordination for a cash purchase while donating my 15 year old car to charity. Travis was available by email or text within minutes when needed, and he even offered to store my old car at the dealership while waiting for the charity to retrieve it. Everyone in the facility, but especially Travis, was very calm, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I can't recommend Travis and Audi Nashua highly enough. More

I was expecting to get lots of sales pitches and was ready to feel all the sales pressure people get when they go into dealerships, but it was not the case at Audi! Brad was very professional and we never felt pressured to purchase anything. The Q5 meet all our expectations so we finally choose the one with all the features i wanted!!!
