Warning!! Incompetent Dealer!! Stay Away!! Warning!! Incompetent Dealer! Stay away at all costs!! Poor Communication and Hostile Mechanic. Had my 2018 S3 for over 30 days on 4 separate occasion Warning!! Incompetent Dealer! Stay away at all costs!! Poor Communication and Hostile Mechanic. Had my 2018 S3 for over 30 days on 4 separate occasions and they can not fix my car!! Absolute nightmare!! Visit 1: Car drops into neutral while driving sporadically with less than 10,000 miles. Brought to Audi of Nashua. They could not replicate problem. Basically were telling to take a hike since they didnt know what was wrong Visit 2: Traction control light came one. Car would pull to one side under hard load. Took drive with tech. Verified problem and fixed with new clutch pump. Immediately after taking the car back. I noticed vibration from the rear that was not there before. Decided to schedule another appt. Visit 3: Car dropping into neutral, rough shifting, vibration from rear from previous visit that did not exist before. They took 3 weeks with zero communication of updates from service advisor. Had to call and leave voicemail for updates as well as show in person as he did not answer phone calls. 3 weeks all they did was a software update which i cant image takes more than 1 hr tops!! They acknowledged the vibration from the rear but did nothing to fix it. Visit 4: Took in again to address vibration problems. Car was driving rough. Drove perfectly fine until 2nd visit. Rode with shop foreman. He was hostile and said the car was supposed to drive like this! Really?! I have the car since new. Don't BS me. Said they balanced the rear wheels. Guess what? Cars drives exactly the same!! Conclusion: They have no idea what they are doing. They are replacing pieces of the car that do not need to be fixed. Its not an electronic problem. Most likely mechanical. Car still has rough shifting, transmission issues? and now my biggest peeve a car that drives like crap from vibration. Not only could they not fix the original issue they created another issue while in their possession! I will be contacting Audi of America and making a formal complaint! More

Very Frustrating Super frustrating experience. I was interested in a used S3 they had but I owe some money on my car so before I wasted my or their time I sent a messa Super frustrating experience. I was interested in a used S3 they had but I owe some money on my car so before I wasted my or their time I sent a message to them giving them all the pertinent information they would need to see if a deal was possible, I gave them all my cars information in detail including what I owed on it and told them where I needed to be price wise to make a deal happen. I was contacted by a internet salesperson who even though I explained to her I had bought plenty of cars before decided to explain "how things work" like I had never bought a car before. Again, I explained to her all I wanted to know is if we were in the same ballpark, after a painful back and forth she said she would bring the scenario to her managers. I explained in great detail how frustrated I would be if I came in and it turned out we weren't even close. I was told to come in, look at the car, they "have the best prices of any Audi dealership in the region" so we would certainly get to where we needed to be. After working a 11-hour day I came down, they looked at my car, and gave me a number that was over 6 thousand dollars higher then where I told them I wanted to be, NOT EVEN CLOSE. They way undervalued my car, almost $2,000 less than the other dealerships I have gone to. And despite her claim of being "the best priced Audi dealership in the region" they were almost $3,000 higher on the exact same car as another Audi dealership in MA. Not only did they get me in there under the false pretenses that we were close to a deal, they low balled me big time on my car and wouldn't budge a penny on their because "they price their cars the lowest in the region and they don't negotiate" the same thing ever dealer says. Be warned, a very frustrating experience, I will say the salesman John was nice. The most frustrating thing was how avoidable this all was and how I believe I didn’t everything in my power to avoid this, all they had to do was look at the deal and see they couldn't make the numbers work, but they couldn't even do that. They do not value their customers time. More

By Far My Best Car Buying Experience I was on the hunt for an Audi SQ5 for about 2 months. I had very specific requirements in terms of interior/exterior color, options and price.
