Although I have purchased many new vehicles in the past, not just for myself but for family members,in-laws and friends ( yes, people have actually 'recruited' me to purchase their new vehicles probably be not just for myself but for family members,in-laws and friends ( yes, people have actually 'recruited' me to purchase their new vehicles probably because of my 'usually calm demeanor' and being regarded as someone who would never 'waffle' under 'intimidating new car buying experience pressure' ) I have to admit I was a little bit nervous upon entering the very highly regarded ( 5 out of 5 stars ) Audi of Nashua dealership to purchase my 'dream car' which just happened to be an Audi. Enter Debbie Nelson. My salesperson, Debbie Nelson was a 'calming influence'. With Debbie Nelson as my salesperson, the entire 'new dream car' buying experience could not have been more relaxing, at ease, and overall a 'calm' experience instead of a 'nervous' experience. Debbie Nelson knew the Audi line-up (including my Audi TT model ) as well as any and all aspects including explaining in detail ( after I had inquired ) Audi's paint process which allows them to warrant the paint finish against rust or corrosion for 144 months ( 12 years !!! ). I arrived at Audi of Nashua nervous and 'guarded'. I left Audi of Nashua content, happy and with a feeling of having just experienced the most positive new car dealership in New England or the entire United States or even this planet all because of Audi of Nashua's very competent, pleasant, 'calming' staff and in particular, my excellent salesperson Debbie Nelson. If you are in the market for a new car, Audi of Nashua is the ONLY place to go !!! Five out of Five Stars !!!!!! Very happy Audi of Nashua new car buyer J K More

My complaint is about sales and not service. In fact, our service experience has been very good and both Eric Long and Mark Desjardins have always been very accommodating. However, my recent sales experience, which evolved out of my service visit, was quite the contrary. I was having my 2010 Q5 serviced and discovered it was out of warranty. I inquired about an extended warranty and was referred to Eric Kneidel for pricing. At that time, he told me they had just purchased a 2012 Q5 with low mileage and perhaps I would be interested in trading. This vehicle would be dealer certified and thus, have a 100,000 mile extended warranty.There was no specific vehicle info available at the time, so I called back the following day, inquiring about price and features. I was put through to both Eric Kneidel and my salesman, Mike Rindo's, voicemail.. After sometime, with no reply, I called again, only to be informed, this time, that they were both off. I was eventually given a trade price for my vehicle and a purchase price for the 2012. However, after thorough research on Kelley Blue Book, it most definitely seemed like I was paying top dollar for the 2012 and getting bottom dollar for my 2010, which also had low mileage and was in very good condition .In fact, I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had it exclusively serviced there, as well. I called my salesman and shared my findings, only to be basically told the price was the price. Apparently, the 2012 2.0 liter was a very saleable vehicle and my 2010 3.2 liter was not, end of discussion. I have had 3 Audi's and was totally turned off by this experience and attitude, in general.. In fact, when I told them they're lack of willingness to work with me probably lost them a customer, there seemed to be very little concern. Being a business owner myself, I was, needless to say, less than impressed with my experience, once I left the service dept. . More
We were in the market for an Audi SUV and Colby Pooler sold us a Q5. Throughout the process of order to delivery he was very helpful in taking our calls, accelerating the shipment so we could use the car sold us a Q5. I have been in sales for 20 years and it is refreshing to work with someone as friendly, honest and attentive as Shane. Think about it, I have spent somewhere around 250k at this dealership and with Shane. I had the same experience with the first Audi that I did with the last. You will not be disappointed with Shane as your consultant. I can also speak to issues of the service department. They are very good. When you are looking at an Audi you are considering quality across different brands. This dealership, and Shane, will guide you through your process of searching for your new car with respect and honesty.....what more could you want? More
Awesome customer service! I am was only 20 years old when I came in the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I went to a few other dealerships amd being my younger age they seemed to not take me very serio I came in the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I went to a few other dealerships amd being my younger age they seemed to not take me very seriosly!...Well when I came and spoke to James he greeted me right when I came into the door and took me very seriously and made for a nice quick easy sale. My next audi will definitely be bought from James at Audi of Nashua without a question! More

Bought my Q5 from Shane. So easy to work with and friendly. Great experience, no sales pressure just a guy who likes cars. The dealership is clean, well lit and very well maintained which makes it a very comfortable environment to move through the vehicle purchase process.
