He briefly went over the car, but didn't waste my time with too many details. As most buyers, I did my research and just wanted to take the car for a spin to make sure it was what I was expecting; Patrick made that happen without hours of needless sales pitches. Negotiation was fair, I would have liked to get a bit more for my trade, but the offer was within the expected range based on KBB so no surprises. They were able to come down on the car and meet me in the range I was hoping to pay. I put a reasonable amount down, so financing was quick and painless. Austin briefly went through our options, but again, I was happy to not have my time wasted by hours of sales pitches. Generally it seems like Audi of Nashua gets it, customers value their time and Audi of Nashua doesn't waste it. More

Travis and Austin were awesome to work with! I usually shy away from dealerships as I have worked at them in the past and a lot of the employees can be quite sharkish and too much to deal with.
