My experience the past seven years has given me a negative impression of both Audi as well as the customer service of this dealership. Within six months of buying my new Audi Q7, the engine exploded in the gas station. Additional problems accumulated, including malfunction of the driver seat door. Most recently, my windshield wiper stopped working. I went to the dealer to fix this problem about a year ago, and paid $704 for the replacement of several parts. Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. The windshield wiper continued to exhibit erratic behavior just a few weeks later. With winter coming, I finally found time to take this car to the dealer again. After examining the windshield wipers, they told me we needed to replace the same parts they had replaced a year ago. Because I was a mere EIGHTEEN DAYS past warranty, I had to pay again for new parts – this time $800. The never-ending onslaught of problems with this car has left me extremely frustrated. I am frustrated at Audi and have lost confidence in the quality of their cars. I am also frustrated with the dealership and their customer service, particularly with their handling of the windshield wiper issue. I would strongly advise customers to rethink their purchase. More
