Excellent Recent Experience I visited the show room on June 30th after confirming via email that a certain vehicle was on the lot, I got burned recently when I did not do this on I visited the show room on June 30th after confirming via email that a certain vehicle was on the lot, I got burned recently when I did not do this only to find the vehicle I was interested was sold. Patrick greeted me knowing that I was the only person trading in an X-5, he also introduced me to Jessica who had emailed me with me about the car's availability. Within about 3 hours I left with the Q5 in my position, it might have been faster if I had my title. The price was fair on both my trade and the vehicle I was purchasing. We were not able to apply the clear shield that day so that was completed a week later and since there was not a loaner vehicle Patrick let me "borrow" his own car.
