Last week (three days before Christmas), I was about to leave to pick up my daughter at college and while cleaning the windshield (far too aggressivel Last week (three days before Christmas), I was about to leave to pick up my daughter at college and while cleaning the windshield (far too aggressively I'm sure) I smacked the rear view mirror casing of my Q5 hard enough that it came down and was now just dangling from the windshield. There was no choice but to head to the dealership and hope for the best. I pulled up to a very crowded service entrance at the dealership, thinking there is no way they'll have time to help me out without an appt.. I walked in and explained my situation to Danielle, a service representative, and she took my keys, came back 10 mins later and said, you're all set! We chatted a bit and then he immediately grab some keys and we were off on a test drive. The Q5 was exactly what my wife was looking for. Just a couple of hours later I drove home in her new Q5. Very little discussion was needed to get to an agreement. We purchased our first Audi back in 2001 from this company when they were still in Lawrence MA.
