I’m a Mechanical Engineer, so details matter to me, and Mike is all about the details. From time-to-time Mike checks in with me just to see how things are going with me and the car, not in a cheesy car salesman way, but genuinely curious. Whenever I’m in having my car serviced, he always comes over and greets me with a handshake and a smile. Most recently he went above and beyond to address an issue with my car after purchasing it…stand-up kind of guy.
