He maintained contact throughout the 6 weeks prior to the arrival of our vehicle, and when I was finally able to meet him he did not disappoint - such a friendly, positive, enthusiastic, and obliging individual. He was kind, not “salesman-y”, and just as enthusiastic about my new vehicle as I was.
