Gerosky Sainvil at Audi Naples has been exceptional to work with. He went the extra mile from the very beginning. He communicated the way I preferred without pressuring me to come in. He listened to what was important to me, and sent thorough videos of the vehicles I was interested in. He was very professional and not annoyed at all with my thousand questions, and communicated quickly to give me all of the answers I was looking for. To be honest Audi wasn’t even our first choice…but it was such a great experience especially compared to multiple other dealerships that I was exploring with, so we made the decision to buy through Gerosky. Georsky and manager Mike Schutt gave us a great deal which we are grateful for. We actually love our Q5 very much and we are highly considering buying another through this team at Audi again shortly. More

Just bought my wife a new Audi A5. ...I personally love the entire buying process...from the test drive to final negotiations. I've done it 42 times for myself, wife, kids, friends and relatives.. they somtimes ask for my help.. my wife hates the process.. but since it was her car...I begged her to come with me.. Jeff Sawick... last desk on the showroom floor was outstanding... she said... "I don't like car salesmen...but Jeff was the exemption".. patient, knowledge, great to work with... I would have also purchased an A3 from Jeff but ended up with an Acura Integra A-Spec Tech... I wanted a 6 speed manual transmission... crazy I know.. bottom line.. great dealership, great salesman... Jeff... highly recommend. More

Joined the brand 2 weeks ago. A week later had to bring the car to the service as the screen was shutting off during driving. The software should have been checked prior delivering the car. When I picked up the car a week later I noticed the car has a decent size scratch. When I mentioned the issue to the sales person I worked with the best solution was to paint it and provide me a loaner. So brand new car which is not even a month yet needs to be painted. I made my first payment during signing to drive a loaner?!?! Absolutely NOT. the worst experience I have ever had. More
