Great experience from the time we pulled into the parking lot, met Kyle Harsh, test drove multiple vehicles and purchased our SQ5. Through the entire process Kyle was excellent. He answered all of our que lot, met Kyle Harsh, test drove multiple vehicles and purchased our SQ5. Through the entire process Kyle was excellent. He answered all of our questions, took the time to find out what we were looking for in a new vehicle, offered us different options based on what we told him and had us test drive some different vehicles so we could make the right decision on what vehicle would work for us. We contacted Kyle numerous times to ask questions and he always responded in a professional and friendly way. We've purchased MANY (probably too many lol) vehicles in the past and dealing with Kyle and Naples Audi was the hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE we've ever had---no joke. We absolutely loved his personality as well! We also dealt with Colin in Finance and Chuck in Technology who were excellent as well!!! They all treated us like we were not just customers but friends!
