Gerosky was extremely knowledgeable about the entire line of Audi vehicles. We are a big Audi family with having owned 9 different Audis over the past 20 years and Gerosky was knowledgeable about each vehicle, options, packages and configurations. Most impressive! Gerosky Sainvil was also very enthusiastic towards us and our requirements and very excited for us as we moved through the transaction and delivery. He was extremely proactive and followed up with us quickly off-hours as we asked questions. He sent us videos and updates on our chosen vehicle and handled the purchase transaction with professionalism, effective negotiation and a great final price. He additionally provided additional assistance after the sale was completed to insure we were completely satisfied.
