I found the overall experience to be positive & professional. I felt the staff was considerate of my time & showed a genuine interest in understanding my needs and expectations. Something which I h professional. I felt the staff was considerate of my time & showed a genuine interest in understanding my needs and expectations. Something which I had found lacking at number of other dealerships (including other Audi dealerships), before settling on Audi Naples. One Audi dealer in particular seemed more focused on selling me any model they could, rather than keeping the focus on the model I was interested in. For example, why try to sell me a coupe when I'm looking for a sedan, just because the color matched? I was particularly impressed with Jeff's wealth of knowledge on the vehicles, it is obvious that he takes pride in educating himself about all the particulars of each model. Oscar & Patti both presented themselves in professional matter as well. It is the dealership experience that made me decide to go with Audi Naples. More
