He then advised me that he would turned me over to Chris Torres, who is an Audi specialist. I spoke with Chris briefly about what I was interested in, and he had already had a vehicle for me to view. We went outside where he went over the vehicle in detail. He was also able to answer any question I had. I was also introduced to several other employees. All were very courteous and professional. The dealership was was very clean and they offered different amenities for their customers while waiting for service. Overall my experience was excellent, and I commend Chris Torres for his knowledge of the Audi and his professionalism. More

It was the complete oppostie at Audi. Jamie was very knowledegable about the car and made the process very enjoyable. After purchasing the vehicle he went through every feature/ gadget to make sure i felt completly comfortable before i drove off the lot. The following day Jamie even called to check in to make sure i did not have any additional questions/ concerns about the vehice! Great experience- would definitly recommend!!! More

Outstanding work for a disabled Vet We needed a vehicle with unusual characteristics: head rest of passenger seat had to be removable, seat had to recline fully to marry with rear passen We needed a vehicle with unusual characteristics: head rest of passenger seat had to be removable, seat had to recline fully to marry with rear passenger side seat. My wife is a decorated disabled vet and we must travel by land from South Florida to CT monthly -ability to recline is key, as is excellent mileage and reliability. Audi of Naples turned up the perfect vehicle. Michael Schutt fielded my email query, did his homework, and established that the seat could be maneuvered in just the way we require. Without him, this deal would not have been done. Mike Pierne was excellent to work with: low key but determined, exceedingly well informed. The transaction was smooth and the briefing Mike gave on the vehicle was the most complete and intelligible I have experienced in many years of buying new vehicles. More

They answered all of my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. The vehicle was Audi certified, had an excellent carfax report and Mr. Schutt did a 360 degree inspection of the car with me by phone. He took the time to explain every minor blemish and how he would have the car detailed to remove them. He did exactly what he said he would do and the car arrived in the exact condition described. I trust the dealership and would certainly go back to Naples if they had the car I wanted. More

Given the Run-around I started by inquiring about a car I saw on their website. They contacted me promptly to tell me the car was no longer available and asked if they cou I started by inquiring about a car I saw on their website. They contacted me promptly to tell me the car was no longer available and asked if they could help me find something else. Great! Unfortunately, this is when it started to go downhill. Each time they e-mailed me, they asked what car I was looking for, for my phone number, and a time when I could come to see them. Each time I responded, I would describe the car, ask that they contact me by e-mail instead of phone, and tell them I would go to the dealer once we've located a car and settled on a price. Rather than actually find any cars, they kept insisting I visit them. We went around in this circle a few times before I finally gave up. I'm now wrapping up my purchase at another dealership while they're still asking for me to make an appointment to visit the dealership. More
