Excellent Experience! My wife and I had been searching throughout Florida for a low mileage, "like-new" 2010-2012 white Q5 Premium Plus/Prestige for 3 months. When one popped up online at Audi Naples I immediately contacted them and got an immediate response from Michael Shutt. He was tremendously helpful, answered all of my questions, quoted me a good "internet price," and even went out and took pictures and videos of the vehicle with his cellphone and sent them to me, He also immediately sent me a copy of the original sticker as well as the Carfax report. When we arrived at the dealership, we were met at the door by Wayne Clark who greeted us by name and immediately escorted us over to the vehicle, did a thorough "walk-around" with us, pointed out every "bell & whistle," and escorted us for a test drive. They worked with us on the price of the car, as well as our trade-in, and we purchased the vehicle on the spot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and totally professional. There were a few items that they wanted to take care of before delivery, and I had a list of 7 or 8 items. When we came back to pick up the car, everything had been done, and the vehicle was perfect. Wayne spend about 20 minutes with us going over everything, he set up our cellphones with the bluetooth, and explained every operation. He was very patient, didn't rush us, and answered all of our questions. He truly knew this car "onside and out." We live in Sarasota, and this dealership is a 90 minute drive away, but it was totally worth it. I am happy to give this dealership, and especially Michael and Wayne my highest recommendation. His explanation of the varying features and electronics aboard the vehicles was edifying. The A6's themselves were overwhelming. The other luxury sedans became a distant memory. The A6 and Mr. Barry's presentation made my wife and I feel as though we couldn't leave without one. We didn't. I am also very impressed with Mr. Barry following the actual finalization of the sale. His courteousness, helpfulness and genuine concern for our satisfaction and anticipations continued unhesitatingly. That car caught my eye immediately. I was somewhat reluctant to ask Jeff about the Audi, since he works for VW. He told me not to worry, if I want to drive the A3, he'll make the arrangements. Five minutes later I am driving the A3, and fifteen minutes later I made up my mind. The process of buying the car was smooth and fair.
