He is extraordinarily patient in the selection process and appears to be available at almost all times and to be of service in any way that he can. To Wayne's credit, he continues to be a part of the Audi experience even after the delivery of the automobile. I would most definitely purchase another Audi through him. Jamie Schutt is another of the sales force that I met at a time when Wayne was unavailable.
