As a long time Lexus driver, I was hesitant to switch brands, and went back numerous times to test drive the Q3 and ask countless questions of Jeff. He was extraordinarily patient and knowledgeable about the new Q3, and gave me the comfort I needed to purchase my new Audi. Even as an older woman not well versed in today's high tech features, Jeff calmly taught me step-by-step how to use the many great features of my Q3. To his credit, since my purchase Jeff is still easily reachable to answer any questions. I would recommend Jeff without reservation to my friends looking to purchase a new car. SUPURB! Our experience started months ago when considering a replacement vehicle for my Wife. We have had great success with the VW brand though we wanted to move up into a more refined Audi with better options. After reading endless reviews that compared the A3, CLA250, and BMW328/320 models, I came to the conclusion the Audi A3 2.0 had the best fit. We live closer to the, "Other" Audi dealership in SWFL but felt forgotten after just one visit and noticed the stock was less then half of what Naples Audi had to offer. On our first trip to Naples Audi we were greeted by Jamie Schutt, I was instantly blown away with the knowledge Jaime offered and noticed he was an attentive listener. Jamie considered my entire request and only educated me by suggesting other options. Jaime consistently stayed in contact and one morning before Audi Naples was open, I had emailed pictures of the perfect Audi that was coming into stock that day. Ultimately my Wife and I arrived at the dealership the same day. We were assisted with Jamie and Steve Barry throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured and everything went extremely smooth. I was impressed that the Manager Jason Meixel stopped over to make sure we were happy and that everything was OK. We WILL buy our next vehicle at Audi Naples and we cant wait to work with Jamie and Steve again. Thanks again! More

Hands-Down Best Car Buying Experience EVER! We bought a car from Cris Torres and cannot say enough wonderful things about him! My husband and I are visiting Naples from Chicago. We are only in town to buy a second home for seasonal use. While here, my husband decided to take a peek at the new A3 that we were maybe considering buying for our daughter. We had 100% absolutely NO intention on buying a car here. We told Cris not to waste any time on us, because it made no sense for us to buy a car in Florida. We live in Chicago. So, naturally, we should buy the car in Chicago rather than drive it all the way back home. However, we left the dealership with a new car, to my own amazement! Cris is fantastic, to say the least, and a HUGE asset to this dealership! Although we had no intention on buying a car today, we are very, very happy. We felt no pressure, but were motivated to move forward with this transaction purely by his genuine nature and honesty. He did a great job for us and we're thrilled to give him our business. My husband loves cars and even the buying process...but I loathe it. However, I can honestly say that this experience has been the best I've ever had and has changed my opinion on the car buying process. Kudos to Cris!
