Fair, Patient, & Rewarding My husband and I have been contemplating the purchase of an Audi vehicle for over the last half of a year. Our problem was indecisiveness of which Audi to buy (Audi A3, A6, or Q5) and what to trade in, hence the back and forth. Marcella Schmidt was always patient with the back and forth and in addition, it was her patience and persistence that kept her in the game and us coming back. Fast forward, we just purchased an Audi A6 and are thrilled with our new car.
