Shopping for a CPO Q7 - drove out with a New one! I was looking for a CPO Q7 - white. I phoned to ask if they had any in stock & spoke to Marcella. She knew they'd had one but was unsure if it was I was looking for a CPO Q7 - white. I phoned to ask if they had any in stock & spoke to Marcella. She knew they'd had one but was unsure if it was sold. She said she'd check & call back. She did within 10 minutes. It had sold & she told me what was available. I asked if there were any new ones I could look at that that met my requirements. There were. We met within the hour. She was very personable & professional. We looked at the car & she was very patient as I checked out all the nooks & crannies & hopped from one seat to the other. Within 15 minutes she had me on a test drive. I knew I'd found my car. I had looked at Mercedes ( & we were long time Mercedes owners) , Lexus, Volvo & Lincoln. This car was user friendly, spacious & a pleasure to drive. It felt substantial. Marcella knew her product. She set us up with Keith to handle the financial aspects. He was friendly, professional, efficient & knowledgeable. Our next step was to learn about all of the bells & whistles on this car. We met Chuck. A man with the patience of a saint. Never made us feel rushed & emphasized that we could & should come back at any time for further instruction. He was a gem. It was older but in perfect condition. I convinced him to go next door to the Audi dealership and at least look. Alberto greeted us in the parking lot while we were browsing. He answered all of our questions and guided us to some really good cars and good deals. We left to go to dinner and decide which car Mercedes or Audi. Alberto gave me his cell number if we needed him. When we decided on the Audi we went back but he had left for the evening. I called him and he came back to the dealership and sealed the deal.
