Amy is great. I wish Audi Marin provided loaners, but they said they don't provide loaners for routine service. Something something, not enough loaner cars, but th I wish Audi Marin provided loaners, but they said they don't provide loaners for routine service. Something something, not enough loaner cars, but then the side of the building has 10+ loaners. There was mention of a shuttle, or Lyft credit but I'm in Novato, so not really an option. My previous purchase at Lexis of Marin always provided a loaner when asked, AND provided three years of complimentary service. Audi is seriously slacking on that part. More

Emily was such a great sales person, professional, warm, friendly, explained everything very well and worked with us to get the deal we needed to get to make a sale. And we LOVE our new car!!! The only not friendly, explained everything very well and worked with us to get the deal we needed to get to make a sale. And we LOVE our new car!!! The only not so good part was waiting to sign the final papers, which had nothing to do with Emily, but with the fact that they had a bunch of late sales that day, our bad luck. More
