Amy is great. I wish Audi Marin provided loaners, but they said they don't provide loaners for routine service. Something something, not enough loaner cars, but th I wish Audi Marin provided loaners, but they said they don't provide loaners for routine service. Something something, not enough loaner cars, but then the side of the building has 10+ loaners. There was mention of a shuttle, or Lyft credit but I'm in Novato, so not really an option. My previous purchase at Lexis of Marin always provided a loaner when asked, AND provided three years of complimentary service. Audi is seriously slacking on that part. More
