Endless amount of time doing paperwork that could be done more efficiently. Next time I would drive back again to Stevens Creek and listen to a podcast rather than sit for hour as well individual pieces of p more efficiently. Next time I would drive back again to Stevens Creek and listen to a podcast rather than sit for hour as well individual pieces of paper we put through copiers, and then I had to sign it the person I was terrific, however finishing on a Saturday night at 7:30 was never an option. I would have entertained. No one ever let me know. It might take three hours of paperwork. I like the people that did not like your system the offerings were awful, including one tray that only had potato chip , one bag only unit. Nothing for health, conscious vegetarian, or as a physician health conscious eaters. As Stevens Creek they had a screen that I signed through and the paperwork just came easily screen after screen I didn’t have to watch the person get up and down 15 to 20×10 little different pieces of paper into copiers , I enjoyed being with the individuals, but it took more than four hours to sign papers. There didn’t seem to be anybody else there late Saturday afternoon to help with customer conveniences such as fluids or snacks or anything else. For a company that sells 300 cars a month it seem bare-bones . More
Gene was very helpful. My original service was supposed to include a courtesy vehicle, but when i showed up it was not available. Gene was able to get me scheduled just t My original service was supposed to include a courtesy vehicle, but when i showed up it was not available. Gene was able to get me scheduled just two days later with what i needed. In addition, i received a video from the mechanic via text regarding the car which was pretty cool. I look forward to my next experience with Indigo and especially Gene. More
