If I could I would give this place .5 Stars. I’ve been coming here to service my Car since 2015 & every year the service gets progressively worse. The staff is unprofessional and acts like you are botheri coming here to service my Car since 2015 & every year the service gets progressively worse. The staff is unprofessional and acts like you are bothering them. They just want your money and that’s about it. 10/01/2021 brought my A5 in for service and they broke my rear view mirror. Then the service advisor tried to lie and say it was already documented broken & I was informed about that. Thank God I noticed it before I pulled out of there. They then tried to get me to schedule to get it fixed & I had to pay. Horrible. Till today I haven’t gotten a call back from Eliana who’s supposed to be management to address the issue. I’m sure they’re hoping that they’ll give me the run around until time has passed and they will not have to fix it. I stopped going to Audi Brooklyn years ago due to crappy service but this Lynbrook location is now worse. More

$695 in dealer fee and $1895 in reconditioning fee really? Not sure how this dealer rating is so high maybe fake paid reviews. Great overall experience with Rennoy Moore. This is the 2nd or 3rd car I have bought with him and he is trustworthy and tells you things directly and straight forward!
