The general manager treated me completely rude while I didn’t even raise my voice he raised his voice at me and said I disrespected him when I only had a concern about my newly purchased vehicle. Saheed (General Manager), Eliana (Service Manager), and Naomi(Service Advisor) and Sandra (Finance) were all 5-stars with their help and expertise with getting my 2014 Audi Q5 serviced. My car was consumin Naomi(Service Advisor) and Sandra (Finance) were all 5-stars with their help and expertise with getting my 2014 Audi Q5 serviced. My car was consuming a full tank of oil within 500 miles. Another Audi center had replaced the oil tank, since there was a crack, and also had run both parts of the oil consumption test, which it had failed. Because of this, I needed new piston rings $$. There was an error with my original Audi Platinum Protection contract where I had paperwork to show I was insured for 115,000 miles instead of 100,000- Sandra in Finance helped sort this out for me and scheduled an appt for me with Saheed (General Manager). I sat with Saheed who assured me that he would take care of me and make things right with my car, as oil consumption, did affect my make/model/year of car. I took my car in and worked with both Eliana and Naomi to discuss next steps with service. During the time of service, some other parts were recommended to service since the engine would basically be taken apart of the piston rings. Putting my trust in them, I decided to go along with the recommendations. It’s been a few months with my car back and it has never run better. I am so pleased with the care and consideration I received at Audi Lynbrook and am so happy with Saheed and his team. Thank you again. More
