I have bee having a terrible experience with the dealership. Every time I take my car there for service they take a long time to complete and return the car and more over either the issue is not fix dealership. I called Josh and specifically asked to complete the recall work for the power station, he told me it's taken care of and now then I plugged it is not working. More
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Edward Green today. I have purchased multiple cars in the past and Edward was by far THE BEST sales rep I've worked with! I have had the worst possible experience with Gavin today. He is the most unhelpful, rude and disrespectful person I have come across at Audi Livermore. My sales consultant, Nick, was fantastic! purchased an Audi Q7 from Audi Livermore, and overall, I had a good experience, with a few highs and lows. My sales consultant, Nick, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, walking me through all the features of the car and ensuring I understood everything. Nick even handled the car delivery personally, and his kindness and dedication made the buying process enjoyable and stress-free. However, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. The finance manager’s tone and approach made me feel uneasy, and I found the process lacking in transparency, which affected my trust in their services. Ultimately, I arranged my own financing through Bank of America and secured a better rate. On a positive note, the store manager was supportive and great to work with, which helped balance out my experience. While I highly recommend Audi Livermore and commend their sales and management teams, I would advise future customers to consider arranging their own financing for a smoother, more reliable experience.
