Update: After posting this review, I was informed that the General Manager attempted to reach me by phone and left a voicemail. I responded through my salesperson that I prefer to keep communication in writing and asked that any meaningful updates or revised numbers be sent via text or email. As of now, I have not received a written follow-up.

I'll tell you exactly what happened. Lakeland Audi failed to submit my title work to the tax office within 30 days, in violation of Florida Statutes 319.23(6) after I paid cash for a used car. When I was finally able to get my registration renewed, the lady at the tag office told me that you were over one week late. The documents were not submitted until I started burning up your phone lines and emails to ask for help. My efforts to get help on this were completely rebuffed; everybody ignored me. Based on your having held my title hostage, I threatened legal action, whereupon everybody at your dealership refused to speak with me. Like I said, abysmal service. I keep a total of five people in wheels and I saw some cars on your lot that I liked. But this experience will leave me thinking long and hard about doing business with Audi Lakeland again.
