Horrible experience less than 50k miles on a 2021 Q5 Prestige I bought there and the A/C is broken and they want 10K to fix it. Spoke to the Service Manager Brad Vaught and GM Sid and no assistance. Extremely disappointed with the Finance Department- It’s been over 45 days and I have yet to receive paperwork to register the car. I genuinely wanted to write a positive review for this dealership. As a repeat customer with a history of challenges in their service department, I came into this experience hoping things had improved. Un dealership. Service has been a recurring frustration for me. There were long delays, difficulty scheduling, and in several instances I had to wait over a month just to secure a loaner for routine SQ7 maintenance. What made it more frustrating was the dismissive attitude when loaners were unavailable. Almost every other luxury dealership I’ve worked with has at least made an effort to get me into a rental or a car from their lot, but that was rarely offered here. I was willing to give the sales department a fair chance, but my recent interaction didn’t inspire confidence. I had concerns about how the trade‑in tax credit should apply, since every other dealership I’m currently working with is handling it differently than this one. The sales manager explained it by saying the vehicle is technically owned by Audi, but the delivery of that explanation felt more argumentative than helpful, especially with him emphasizing his “15 years of experience.” I was also sent the same quote twice, and when I asked for a corrected out‑the‑door number, it was brushed off as a “system issue.” The final response I received was an additional $1,000 off, which felt more like a quick attempt to end the conversation than a genuine effort to address the concerns I raised. This was especially surprising given that the vehicle in question has been sitting on their lot for quite some time and has already gone through multiple price reductions. As a returning customer who was trying to keep my business local, the overall disinterest was disappointing. I will note that Zane remained professional throughout the process. More

Sure, they have some nice vehicles on the lot, but if you want to buy a whole bunch of headaches along with your new car, pick Audi Lakeland. I have been buying new and used cars for 40 years and I have never seen such substandard service. And they are supposed to be a premium dealership. Nothing premium about the service. Anthony in sales was OK. After that, nose dive. Another thing I found distasteful was the condescension as I expressed my concerns. The woman who offered to help me told me to text her if I wanted to reach out after hours. Then when I texted her at about 5:30 PM, she told me to quit bothering her because she was with her family. Sure, they are selling premium German wheels, but their service was like a used car lot from somewhere out in the woods. Too bad for them because I keep myself and 4 other people in wheels, and I would have shopped there in the future if they would've shown the slightest degree of concern. The BMW and Mercedes dealerships are 5 minutes away. More
