Terrible service department, my car has been there since Friday with no help from this dealership or corporate! Do not use this dealership for ANY service work!!!!!!!!!!!! Just don’t buy an AUDI period! It’ Friday with no help from this dealership or corporate! Do not use this dealership for ANY service work!!!!!!!!!!!! Just don’t buy an AUDI period! It’s a safety recall on my vehicle and it shut off in the middle of the road on me, but yet no one can even tell me when my car will be worked on! At first this dealership couldn’t even find my vehicle from when it was towed there! Complete disaster and unacceptable from Audi all around! More
